Environmental Defense Fund

257 Park Ave S, New York City, NY, 10010, US

Environmental Defense Fund delivers bold, practical solutions to the world's biggest environmental challenges. Guided by science and economics, we work to stabilize the climate, strengthen people's health and help communities and nature thrive. Working in more than 30 countries, we focus where we can make the greatest impact — from cutting methane and carbon pollution and accelerating clean energy and transportation to strengthening food and water systems and harnessing nature's power to fight climate change. By bringing together communities, businesses, governments and other organizations, EDF turns innovative ideas into lasting environmental progress.

Earth Day 2019 - Protect Our Species Fund

Earth Day 2019 - Protect Our Species Fund

We’ve known for a long time that the balance of nature has been disrupted. This disruption has resulted in the greatest rate of extinction since the loss of dinosaurs more than 60 million years ago. This year join us in supporting the Earth Day 2019 - Protect Our Species Fund, which comprises organizations that aim to slow the rate of extinction and protect threatened and endangered species. These organizations focus on everything from protecting endangered species to pushing for policy changes that position the best interests of the environment and biodiversity as priorities.
